FAQs

Below are the top 10 most frequently asked questions from our customers:

What does the initial inspection process look like?

We preform a full inspection of your home, starting in the attic and finishing outside covering your roof all the way down to your foundation. This inspection typically takes around an hour to complete. At the end of your inspection, we will have identified exactly what type of wildlife you are dealing with and provide a detailed estimate with pictures/video of our recommendation.

How will you identify what type of wildlife it is?

Inside your attic, we assess indicators like droppings and traffic patterns throughout your insulation. By the time we make it to the exterior, we more than likely have the type of wildlife you are dealing with pinpointed. Once outside, we identify the point of entry which aids in helping confirm the type of wildlife.

How do you remove the wildlife?

For most wildlife, we will use our Tri-Block Technology system. This includes installing our double door wire triggered live trap, a custom funneling system and a camera allowing us to have eyes on it 24/7. For bats, we install a series of one-way bat doors on the home allowing them to safely exit without the ability to regain entry.

Are your removal methods humane and safe?

Absolutely! We ONLY use human and safe methods. We are very passionate about the wildlife we have the opportunity to work with everyday. We prioritize animal safety and are committed to non-harmful practices.

How long will the process take to remove the wildlife from my attic?

Timing depends heavily on the type of wildlife and season we are in. It can range from one day to up to a week. We can help clarify this range during the inspection once we identify and confirm what type of wildlife you have.

What if I have more than one animal inside my attic?

During the inspection, we will be able to determine the type of wildlife and how many you are dealing with. Whether it is only one or an entire family/colony, we will have there ability to remove them all.

How do you prevent the wildlife from regaining entry inside my attic?

During our initial inspection, we will identify all active and potential entry points. A large portion of our job is ensuring to seal these areas eliminating the chance for them to regain entry.

What if there is wildlife feces/urine inside my attic?

This is very common if you have wildlife living inside of your attic. Knowing this, we also offer remediation services to remove any feces/urine and disinfecting these areas.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are fully licensed and insured for this line of work. We continually invest in on-going training for our team to ensure we are staying current with the best practices.

How much does this type of work cost?

Cost varies greatly depending on various factors assessed during the inspection. A few of these factors include type of wildlife, number of areas on the roof needing sealed and if there is any remediation services needed inside the attic. These jobs can range from a couple hundred dollars into several thousands of dollars depending on the severity of damage.
